“I have taken several self-defense workshops. Sensei Sara-Rivka’s contained an added dimension not found in the others. We learned how to detect subtle signs of a potential perpetrator and how to identify his psychological techniques for moving close to us or to our children. Just as importantly, we practiced maintaining and defending our own “space” so that proactively, even without being aware of a potential attacker, we could send signals that we are not potential victims.”
